The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board submitted a request for a portion of the $250 million emergency road and bridge funds recently approved by the legislature in special session. The Board also reviewed the results of the cleanup of Blue Lake using the new excavator the county recently purchased.
