The Greenwood-Leflore Hospital is a 208 bed facility that serves a large portion of the central Mississippi Delta. It is jointly owned by the City of Greenwood and Leflore County.

The Board of Trustees held a special called meeting.
The Board went into executive session and excluded the public and media for 50 minutes. The reason given was to discuss "strategic planning."
