The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board held its first meeting for March. It received a report from Hospital Interim CEO Gary Marchand regarding the coronavirus outbreak. The Board took up a matter of retrieving papers from Shoemaker and Company from 2017 - 2018. Public School Superintendent Dr. Mary Brown requested help with fixing potholes at Amanda Elzy School.
