The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board discussed raising the salaries of Justice Court Judges and the County Prosecutor retroactively back to March 1, 2020.
Final approval of property tax exemptions for Milwaukee Tool and Viking Range were approved.
The county Engineer brought forward requests for zoning changes, and reimbursement for grant expenditures. An approval to apply for a grant to add LED lighting to the Juvenile Detention Center was requested.
