The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board approved an agreement to compensate the Circuit Clerk for transportation of the voting machines and other election related services. Lee Hall presented a request for funds for advertisement with Delta Broadcasting. Lue Doris Jackson-Reeves came before the Board to discuss the trains stopping and blocking the railroad crossing on CR 542 and some other personnel matter. The Board went into executive session to hear her complaint. A discussion about the upcoming budget meeting took place. A discussion regarding the hauling of heavy loads on CR 512 took place.
