The Greenwood-Leflore Hospital is a 208 bed facility that serves a large portion of the central Mississippi Delta. It is jointly owned by the City of Greenwood and Leflore County.

The Greenwood Leflore Hospital Board of Trustees held a special meeting.
The board went into executive session, with the public and press excluded for 53 minutes.
After the executive session, Mr. Gary Marchand reported that "the board received a strategic report on the sewer issue and took no action."
