The Board met to consider purchase of the Delta Apartments project from HUD for $1. The Board heard Jerome Hafter present an amendment to the proposed contract that would protect the county from liability for the project. The Board voted to execute the amended contract, and request HUD to accept the amendment. Mr. Wolfe cast the sole vote against the contract.
