Dulin sues the Greenwood Leflore Hospital for reverse discrimination

Friday, June 13, 2008, 10:27 am News Flash Archive

George Dulin was fired in June 2006 as board attorney for the Greenwood Leflore Hospital because he is white.

He filed suit against the Hospital Board of Commissioners in federal court on November 26, 2007. This week, depositions were taken of Robert Moore, David Jordan and others.

Interestingly, Dulin charges that the two white members of the hospital board of trustees voted to fire him because he is white, and they wanted to please the majority black members.

If true, this is all a disgrace - all five hospital board members are implicated in illegal racist conduct, and should be removed, if this really happened.

The attorney representing George Dulin in his racial discrimination suit against the Hospital has notified the court and parties that he will be deposing Bob Darden (Commonwealth reporter), W. M. Sanders (an attorney), and Jerry Adams (Hospital administrator) on July 1st.
