In a court filing yesterday, Judge Kevin Adams accused Fred Clark and Solomon Osborne with perpetrating a fraud on the court in the filing of the election contest against him.
Specifically, Adams alleges that Clark and Osborne affixed the signature of an attorney from Clarksdale, Derek Hopson, to their complaint, when that attorney had no knowledge of the lawsuit being filed. Hopson apparently has informed several people that he knows nothing of the lawsuit which he purportedly signed.
Therefore, Adams requests sanctions against Clark and Osborne for fraud in their filing of the complaint, and asks that he be awarded costs and damages, and that the election contest be stricken due to fraud on the court.

The Taxpayers Channel has obtained a copy of Derek Hopson's actual signature, and it is clear that the signature on Clark's filing is not that of Mr. Hopson. In addition, Mr. Clark misspelled Mr. Hopson's first name on his complaint, and the signature that was affixed purporting to be Mr. Hopson's also misspells Mr. Hopson's first name.
