Just now, the MS Supreme Court issued its opinion upholding the murder conviction and death penalty for Curtis Flowers in the notorious Winona Tardy Furniture Store murder case.

The opinion is 104 pages, by Justice Coleman.

Three justices dissented: Dickinson, King, and Kitchens.
