This morning, Judge Henry Lackey began hearing the election dispute between Andrew Powell and Dorothy Glenn in the Ward 5 City Council primary.

Glenn is represented by Willie Perkins, and Powell is represented by James D. Bell of Jackson.

Powell alleges that Glenn does not actually live in Ward 5 as she claims.
