The election hearing between Andrew Powell and Dorothy Glenn has concluded. The Court will receive briefings from the attorneys and then make its ruling at a later date.

Of particular interest is the examination of Dorothy Glenn by Mr. Powell's attorney. In it, Glenn repeatedly refused to answer questions, or evaded the question by providing an answer to a different question which had not been asked.

Judge Henry Lackey finally rebuked Ms. Glenn, telling her that he was "tired of her charade" and warning her that failure to answer the questions would have consequences.

Ms. Glenn continued to insist that she lives at 116 Longino Street.
