The Taxpayers Channel has an exclusive video of Dr. Arnold Smith interviewing a former Greenwood police officer, T. C. "Charlie" Barr back in 2005.

Dr. Smith posted this video on his website that he put up in support of Sheriel Perkins for Mayor when she ran against incumbent Harry Smith.

In the video, Dr. Smith and Mr. Barr discuss their views of the Greenwood police department, including what they believed to be its incompetence and criminality.
