The house, built in 2020, is listed for sale at $650,000.

According to the realtor's description, it is:

A BRAND NEW HOME WITH A WATER VIEW - THE LAYOUT OF THIS 4 BEDROOM/3 AND HALF BATH HOME HAS SPACE FOR EVERYONE - EVERY DAY LIVING AND ENTERTAINING AT ITS BEST - 10 FT CEILINGS; 8 FT INTERIOR DOORS; SPACIOUS ROOMS THRUOUT - TOO MANY AMENITIES TO LIST - 4187 HEATED SF - SITUATED ON 4.62 ACRES

The property is appraised at $482,825 by the Leflore County Tax Assessor.

Mr. Coleman recently sold his prior residence on Riverside Drive for $180,000. The bankruptcy court approved the sale, and the proceeds are being held pending further order by the court.

Today, the bankruptcy judge filed her order requiring Mr. Coleman to attend his creditors meeting on March 23. Coleman had refused to answer questions at the November 24, 2021 creditors meeting, and then had failed to appear at all at the March 8, 2022 meeting. Coleman's attorney had argued that since Mr. Coleman would plead the Fifth Amendment, there was no point in forcing him to attend the creditors meeting. The judge didn't buy that argument. The court order may be seen here: Order compelling John Coleman to appear
