Six year old Vaiden murder victim died from multiple stab wounds

This afternoon, Carroll County Sheriff Clint Walker released the cause of death of six year old Orlando "King" Pittman.

According to Walker, "preliminary autopsy findings confirm the manner of death to be homicide caused by multiple stab wounds."

Thomas Perry III was charged Monday afternoon with the first degree murder of his 6 year old brother, Orlando "King" Pittman. The murder took place last Saturday afternoon. Perry was also charged with arson and felony animal cruelty, for setting fire to his family's apartment and killing his family's dog with a knife.

Attorney Rusty Harlow was appointed to represent Perry as Public Defender.

Perry is being held at the Carroll Montgomery Regional Correctional Facility.
