The Greenwood-Leflore Airport Board is the governing authority for the Greenwood-Leflore Airport. The Airport is jointly owned by Leflore County and the City of Greenwood. Ironically, the Airport is located outside Leflore County, across the border in Carroll County.

The Airport Board took up the matter of some leases and lease transfers involving Mr. Kimmel and the Viking Range Company. Another issue regarding lease transfers between Mr. Bagwell and Viking was also handled. The August Docket of Claims was approved. Mr. Redditt briefed the Board on lighting control issues and the new budget.
