Leflore County Board of Supervisors

The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board held a public hearing on property owned by Darrell Fluker. NCPDD's Steve Russell presented several items related to the Viking Dishwasher project. Juvenile Detention Center's Robert Fitzpatrick presented a personnel request. An appointment to the Airport Board was tabled. The Board received its annual bridge inspection from county engineer Robert Willis. The Board went into Executive Session to discuss a personnel matter and the situation with County Road 285. The latter matter was tabled.
