The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board chose not to go into executive session, but discussed in open meeting the dispute over the parking fees being levied at the Civic Center. The Viking Dishwasher project was formally closed out. The Board received the audit report from the Greenwood-Leflore Hospital.
