Allen Hawkins and Casandra Townes conduct an interview with James Marshall and his attorney, Carlos Moore concerning the December 6, 2006 incident at Greenwood High School between Marshall and Greenwood Police Officer Casey Wiggins. Marshall has filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against the city of Greenwood, the Greenwood Public School system, Wiggins and others alleging that excessive force was used when he was detained by Wiggins in the school hallway. This video interview was made available to The Taxpayers Channel by Allen Hawkins and his production company, Gladiator Productions. It is the first time that Mr. Marshall has spoken publicly with the media.
