The Greenwood-Leflore Airport Board is the governing authority for the Greenwood-Leflore Airport. The Airport is jointly owned by Leflore County and the City of Greenwood. Ironically, the Airport is located outside Leflore County, across the border in Carroll County.

The Board received its monthly financial reports from the Airport Manager and staff. It also took up in turn updates to various leases held by tenants on the airport. A wide variety of projects in various stages of completion were discussed.
