The Council heard from its auditor about the recent audit which was received. Attorney Carlos Moore, representing the Citizens for Justice and Representation, presented a request that the council reconsider its recent approval of the plat for a new subdivision of low-income houses in Ward 4. Approval to make changes to various buildings in the historical district was given. The auditing firm of Killebrew and Moss was reappointed to represent the city and the airport board.
