Some state-owned dilapidated properties were taken up by the council. The Council refused to approve the funding for the July 4th celebration until Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Beth Stevens appears to answer David Jordan's questions about the controversial John Lee email which she received. A resolution to amend the city ordinance regarding the closing time for establishments serving alcoholic beverages was considered.
