The Greenwood-Leflore Airport Board is the governing authority for the Greenwood-Leflore Airport. The Airport is jointly owned by Leflore County and the City of Greenwood. Ironically, the Airport is located outside Leflore County, across the border in Carroll County.

The Board welcomed two new members, Andrew Powell and James Belk. The Board reviewed all its active projects. A discussion took place regarding the Vernon Ricks lease dispute. A change in the standard language of the tenant lease agreement was put off for further study.
