The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board approved the Health Grant application for Mayor McAdams. The Board voted 3-2 to refuse to go forward at this time with a $2.3 million GO Bond issue. A discussion was had with Alan Hammons regarding changes to the GAS ramp at the airport. An emergency was declared for Road 559 at the County Engineer's request.
