The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board held a public hearing on ordinance enforcement. The Board approved the voiding of the Raybestos property tax exemption. An application for a siren grant was approved. The Board failed to approve purchase of playground equipment for a park in Schlater by a vote of 2-2. The Board failed to make a bond payment transfer and to pay CCA its monthly fees by a vote of 2-2.
