The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

Tim Climer from NCPDD presented two items related to the East Leflore Water project. The North Central Narcotics Task Force official brought some business related to vehicles before the Board. Salary increases for county employees were discussed, with a few limited increases being approved.
