Leflore County Board of Supervisors

The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

A discussion was had with the construction company that is working at MVSU on the stadium reconstruction, about the damage their dirt-hauling trucks are doing to the county roads. Several matters relating to the narcotics task force were taken up. An emergency management grant was accepted. Approval to remove and repair two markers at the court house was given. NCPDD brought two items relating to grants before the board. An agreement with the Secretary of State's office relating to voting machines was approved.
