The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board adopted a county building code. An agreement to purchase aerial mapping services was approved. Several Home Grant matters were approved. An order to pay off the "community bank" loan to the Federal Government was adopted. The final year-end budget adjustments and final budget for fiscal year 2013-2014 were adopted. A discussion regarding use of county resources inside the city of Greenwood took place.
