Mr. Perkins questioned Mayor Carolyn McAdams about allegations that a citizen's vote was obtained by promises by the city to install a culvert near his property to improve drainage.
Afterwards, Perkins questioned the home owner, Walter Hunter, about the same matter. All witnesses strongly denied the allegation that anything improper was done.
