The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board heard a presentation about the Families First Trainer program. Bobby Norwood brought a discussion about spraying lakes in the county. Appointments to the Library Board were approved. The engineer presented a board order for the annual bridge inspection.
