The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board heard a presentation about the Salvation Army. The Lighting of the Court House was discussed by Brantley Snipes. The County Engineer presented several right-of-way requests, zoning changes, and property sales.
