The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

The Board discussed a blues festival with John Ray of Just in Time Music. The Board approved the Sheriff hiring two new deputies. The Board approved a lease between the county and Anna Prophet. A fish feeder was purchased for Florewood Park. The Schlater Committee was provided some county funds. The Board accepted three walk-in coolers from the Mississippi State Department of Health. The Road Manager brought up a discussion of trees on Country Club Drive.
