The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Leflore County. It consists of five members elected by the people every four years. The Board generally meets three times each month at the Court House.

Tray Hairston from Bulter Snow gave the board an update on the $10 million line of credit being obtained to support the hospital.

The Pafford contract for emergency services was discussed.
An update on the clearing of trees and shrubs at Florewood Park was given by the county engineer.
The board went into executive session to discuss litigation, and also to discuss complaint filed by an employee.
